Spoiler alert: During the keynote, Cynthia will dance the sacred hula to the Hawaiian Creation Chant.

In leading our zoom gathering, artist Cynthia Moku will first take us through a visual journey of the land and ocean environs of Hawai’i with her Gestures of Engagement series of paintings and location photographs. Topics include: stewardship rather than ownership of land, celestial navigation and voyaging principles, benevolent and sustainable farming practices, plant intelligence and regenerative agricultural techniques, art and ritual that acknowledge magic and mystery, and ardent transformative cultural activism.

At the core of each of these disciplines is an affirmation, encouraging stable development toward the cultivation of individual awareness coupled with a purposeful intent for mutual awakening.
