The Banners for this season’s Home & Blog pages show details from various paintings and performances; new, current and to come soon.
The Home page shows the new Yeshe Tsogyal thangka painting which was unveiled November 3rd at the Boulder Shambhala Center during the “Primordial & Powerful” program led by Acharya Holly Gayley and myself. We focused on the luminous symbolism of Rigden and the enlightenment of Yeshe Tsogyal, the celebrated 9thCE wisdom woman of Tibet. The original painting was commissioned as a gift for the Sakyong Wangmo, Dechen Choying Zangmo. Prints are now available in the PRINT SALES GALLERY. By the end of this month, another thangka painting is to follow Vajrayogini, a peek of it showing through the center of the Blog banner above.
Indelible Presence group brush works began this year with several public gatherings for “One Continuous Gesture”, large brush calligraphies. You can view a montage of photos from spring, summer and autumn “OCG” gatherings in the EVENTS pages.
